YOGA BASICS

An opportunity to be introduced to yoga. We guide you through basic yoga poses, breathing techniques to receive a foundation for your practice and overall personal awareness.

Pilates improves the core, balance, co-ordination and provides muscle conditioning and control.

VINYASA

Vinyasa yoga is a series of postures that focus on a creative flow between movements, rather than individual poses, connecting movement with breath.

BIKRAM

Offers a disciplined sequence of 26 postures, practiced in a heated room of 40°C and 40% humidity.

BIKRAM Flow, slightly heated

YamaYoga’s own set sequence of Vinyasa and Bikram. The best of both worlds, working on strength and cardio. All levels welcome.

IYENGAR YOGA

The Iyengar style of yoga focusses on individual poses with an emphasis on alignment. Using props to assist in creating alignment. Iyengar Yoga creates an understanding that can help one go deeper into the poses.

YIN YOGA

A supported floor-based practice allowing time to calm the nervous system and encourage deep relaxation. It targets deep connective tissue to improve flexibility and circulation.

PREGGY PRACTICE

For all mommies-to-be. A combination of Yoga and Pilates to strengthen the pelvic floor, arms and back.

Be open and present…as long as you listen and try, you are moving in the right direction. The more you come to class, the more you will transform your practice, mind and body.
